Company HistoryThe company was started in 1977 under the able leadership of Mike and Leonard Peterson. Since then, PDI has completed hundreds of successful projects, and our customer list features some of the nation's most widely recognized and well-respected architects, owners and contractors. In late 2007, PDI was acquired by Argyle Security USA. Through this business venture, PDI's nationwide presence will improve customer service by decreasing lead time and upgrading its product and technological services. Mike Peterson continues to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Through the financial support of Argyle Security USA's capital entity, PDI will have the necessary resources to provide a highly competitive service to both end-users and architects. PDI continues to be an established provider of steel detention products with headquarters in Southern California and its main manufacturing plant in Tucson, Arizona. |
